Anastasia Huffman, Communications Specialist

 

     A native Texan, grew up in an International {dad from England, Stepmom and Brother from Mexico}, eclectic, spread out {England, Mexico, Alaska} family unit. Her parents were quick to people to their -FRAMILY-, so she has many adopted aunties and uncles.

      She felt a draw to adoption in middle school when she heard the story of a friends brothers adoption. Around the same time she also felt her deep calling to ministry, but didn't know what that would look like until she met John in high school and he used the ultimate pick up line, “I’m going into ministry, so are you still interested in dating?” They married in 2009, and welcomed their son Malachi in 2018.

     She studied Communications and Culture at City University of New York- School of Professional Studies in 2012.
